Lewis Folb founded Sales Intelligence in 2005 to share his knowledge and insights accrued over a career in the boardroom and sales floor. He spent 32 years with global IT software group SPL WorldGroup. Lewis spent many years developing his sales instincts and business knowledge in a range of sales and marketing leadership roles before being appointed CEO.
On top of his wealth of experience, Lewis holds a teaching diploma from Johannesburg College of Education, and a Certificate of Completion from the Allen Management Program. He has also completed a Marketing Management certificate from the South African Institute of Marketing Management, and the Management of High Technology Companies, from Stamford Executive Institute in California.
As CEO Lewis Folb was at the forefront of the strategic management of a growing high tech environment and listing of SPL on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He was named Computer Personality of the Year 1990 by the Executive Council of the Computer Society of South Africa. He managed SPL's Global Consulting Company through Australia, USA, Israel, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong and was responsible for the sales training program of over 40 global business development professionals.
