The Executive Sales Training Program is an introductory 2-day course that covers the theory and practice of highly effective, winning business development strategies.
The Sales Target Achievement Program (STAP) is a 6-month practical intensive coaching program run in consultation with your business management.
In addition, Sales Intelligence develops custom made programs to support the sales leadership function. This includes salesperson recruitment and planning, covering salary, target and territory planning, salesperson recruitment services, including briefings to recruitment agencies, candidate interviews, interview review sessions, and the design of sales compensation plans that work.
Management support is offered in terms of SWOT analyses, operational reviews and planning.
