
Achieving Sales Targets
The Sales Target Achievement Program is run over 6 months in conjunction with your company’s management. The program provides a framework to manage the achievement of a set of predetermined business development and sales targets. With weekly coaching sessions actual business development activities are examined, analysed, planned and strategised. It allows you to see how the new-found skills and strategies fit in with the actual achievement of sales targets.
Typically handled weekly, the meetings focuse on reflection on the last week, the current week’s progress, and the objectives for the next week. With Lewis’ steady guidance and wealth of experience to draw on, your development as a salesperson in the real-life and high-pressure situation of your own industry is assured.
In addition, Lewis is available at any time during the week to support and assist sales people with specific challenges. Customer strategy sessions, co-calling, designing presentations and dealing with particularly difficult customer situations are examples of this support.
The Sales Target Achievement Program Business Model
After completing the Sales Training Program, you are eligible for the Sales Target Achievement Program. Lewis, together with your management will establish 6 month sales targets for each individual, and for the whole sales team. Half of the Sales Intelligence fee will be charged at the commencement of the program. The remaining half will only be charged when the team’s targets are achieved after the six months period. If the sales targets are not achieved, the remaining half will not be charged.
